Compose - AI Suggested Answer 


Description: This feature is the heart of enabling your superpowers as an agent. It will use all available reservation information from the listing the guest is inquiring about as well as all custom fields, saved replies and prior conversation history to give you an incredible response. The more you use this feature, the more the AI learns. 


How to use it: When the text box is empty, simply hit the compose button and AI will take over. From there, simply review the response for accuracy and hit send! 


đź’ˇ Pro Tips: 

  1. If the information requested by the guest is not available or incomplete in the sources outlined above, the AI will say it does not exist. The best way to overcome an incorrect response is to ensure the information within your listing is as organized and accurate as possible. 
  2. If you hit compose and get an undesirable response, you can “train” the AI to provide the correct response by deleting a portion of the response and filling in the correct information. Don’t give up! The AI will learn and grow with you if you take your time with it at the beginning. 

Directed/Draft 


Description: You can guide the AI towards your desired response. By typing a draft in the message box or entering a saved reply, the AI will now have specific context to work from. 


How to use it: Simply start typing some information, or select a saved reply and then hit Compose.

  1. Use this feature when you know the information needed to obtain the desired response is not available in Guesty. Ensure you have provided enough context to obtain your desired results. 
  2. Avoid depending on this feature. Optimal productivity and faster AI learning occur when you hit the “compose” button without a prompt. 

Summarize - AI powered summaries in seconds 


Description: Quickly summarize entire conversations to better understand the progression of the conversation between you and your client. 


How to use it: At any time, simply hit the Summarize button. It will produce a summary of the entire guest communication in seconds that is only visible to you.

  1. Agents - anytime you must intervene mid-conversation, use summarize to quickly get up to speed. 
  2. Managers - In the event of an escalation, using the summarize feature will save you significant reading time and enable both you and your agents to get back to the guest faster, but also with a better understanding of the issue and how they are feeling about the situation.
